RESET 👉 Stop Chasing Gender Quota 👇


Something strange is happening. Companies are changed their goals for more gender diversity in leadership roles. In fact, they are slowing down. Targets set for 2025 are suddenly moved to 2030. But another 5 years will not fix the issue by itself.

Let’s be honest: gender quota are a shortcut. 

They may help companies tick the box, but they don’t change culture. Numbers don’t automatically create belonging. But what does? Let's find out together.


In the past 10 years of working on diversity and inclusion in companies, I have seen too many organisations celebrate reaching “30% women in leadership” while everyday behaviors still make people feel excluded. 


That’s not inclusion—that’s optics. 


If we really want workplaces where everyone can thrive, we need to stop obsessing over quota and start focusing on what matters:


* Leaders who practice inclusive behaviour daily


* Teams that make space for every voice


* Systems that reward collaboration, not sameness


Real inclusion is not about fixing the numbers. It’s about fixing the culture.
