That's what inclusion is really all about.
I will be looking for the answer to that question in my first podcast starting this January. I want to know how you reconnect with others, how we can bridge our differences, what we can learn from experts and how we can see and fix our blind spots. At the kitchen table, at work and in society. No one says it's easy, but what if we put our full focus on reconnection in 2024?
I will incorporate what I learn from conversations in my podcast into my new keynote talk, available from March 2024.
